Delivery of products Stiltexgroup.it

Home delivery of products ordered from Stiltexgroup.it will always be the shipping address specified on your online order.

We are committed to shipping your order as soon as possible. Shipments are made Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Please Note: Orders received after 11:30 am every Thursday, will be processed the next Monday on, except in exceptional circumstances and explicitly agreed to beforehand.

To avoid inconvenience, make sure you give us a valid address where someone is always home who can collect the parcel.

 

Stiltexgroup.it utilizes the following national carriers for delivery: BARTOLINI CORRIERE ESPRESSO.

 

We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of the package(s) as soon as the order is delivered. If you find there is a product that shows signs of tampering, please contact us at reclami@stiltexgroup.it and we will assist you with the return of that merchandise referred to with the order number sent us by email. Please accept the merchandise but put the following statement on the bill of the courier "accepted but subject to verification of content ".

We will refund the amount and / or have the damaged product returned at our expense. It is hardly necessary to point out that, except for rare and isolated cases, our goods always arrive in perfect condition at their destination.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Actual delivery time will vary based on the number of days it takes the carrier to deliver your package from our warehouse in Italy to your particular address. The shipping charges for shipping international orders are based on the estimated weight of the package. The shipping charge is calculated after the “Bill To” section of the online order is completed. This allows you to review the shipping charges prior to submitting your order. The shipping charges do not include any customs or duty charges that may be due in a particular country. Stiltexgroup.it has no control over those charges and they are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order.
