1. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Detailed rules for the purchase of the items on display in our online store are covered as follows:

1.1 For each order you will receive an e-mail with an "order number" together with the list of the requested products, the relative totals and the final amount to which you can refer to for any communication or complaint.

1.2 After verification of stock availability of the required products, our operators will update the status of the order, so it can be monitored on site as follows: Login - My Account - Order.

1.3 You will then receive an email from Stiltexgroup.it with details on the conclusion of the purchasing procedure.

1.4 The sales contract between the customer and Stiltexgroup.it is governed by the Italian law in force.

2. WARRANTY

2.1 All products on sale in our store come with an international guarantee of quality and home delivery service. This allows customers to purchase with maximum security and transparency.

2.2 To take advantage of these warranties, the customer must keep the invoice and / or sales receipt that they receive along with the products purchased.

3. TRANSPORTATION

3.1 Stiltexgroup.it will deliver the goods by courier and / or insured post if in Italy at the address indicated on the order form.

3.2 To provide more efficient service please provide your e-mail address together with your order number. More information regarding delivery times to fit your needs will be further addressed.

3.3 Delivery will be made within seven working days from receipt of payment. For Islands or inaccessible areas an additional 24 hours may be needed.

3.4 Stiltexgroup.it will not be liable for any delays in the delivery of goods for services offered by third parties.

4. TRANSPORTATION COSTS 

4.1 The shipments are insured if the amount exceeds € 99.

4.2 The Shipping charges are variable, ranging from € 9,90 in Italy and € 85 for the rest of the world.

5. DELIVERY - TRANSFER OF RISK AND RISKS

5.1 The goods are shipped at the risk of the buyer. All claims regarding the condition of the goods on receipt should be sent to the seller no later than 24 hours following delivery of the goods.

 

5.2 Delivery of products ordered from Stiltexgroup.it will always be the shipping address specified on your on-line order. To avoid any inconvenience, make sure you give us a valid address where someone is always home who can collect the parcel.

 

6. METHOD OF PAYMENT

6.2 Credit Card Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express and all credit or debit cards managed by PayPal in various countries are accepted.

Following completion of the order you will receive an e-mail with an order number to which you must refer to for any communication, together with a list of products requested, the amounts and final total.

7. RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL

7.1 Users have the right to cancel any purchase made through any web services to Stiltexgroup.it, within five days from receipt of goods.

7.2 You will not be penalized for right of withdrawal per paragraphs 1 and 2 of Decree No 185 (May 22, 1999) for the purchase of goods made, or for personalized items.

7.3 The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written communication to the geographical location of the supplier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, order number and the item you want making within the set deadline.

7.4 The communication can be sent, within the same period, by telegram, telex, facsimile and by completing the form below (recommended - click here), with a confirmation receipt that will be sent to your e-mail within 48 hours after the request, with the corresponding return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

7.5 The only costs payable by the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods to the sender. However, if the cause of the return is our error, we will refund the total cost including shipping.

7.6 Stiltexgroup.it ensures a full refund of monies paid to its clients. Refund will be free, in the shortest time possible and in any case within thirty days from the date on which Stiltexgroup.it was notified of the right of withdrawal by the consumer.

7.7 The right of withdrawal ceases: if the item is used; in case of the original package missing; in the absence of integral items of the product or if damaged. We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of the package as soon as the order is delivered.

7.8 In case you want to replace the goods received, simply proceed as in 7.3 / 7.4 specifying the goods that you want to receive in substitution within the specified time limit. It will be made on the same basis of the total amount of the order and within 48 hours you will receive authorization to return it with directions on how to proceed. In the event that the article in place should cost more or less than what you already paid, you will be charged or credited the difference.

8 MODE OF COMMUNICATION

8.1 The customer agrees and acknowledges that Stiltexgroup.it will use tools such as: electronic mail, automated systems, telephone and fax for important notices, communication, notifications or other.

10 PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION / PRIVACY

Stiltexgroup.it informs customers that the processing of data released will be made in accordance with art. 10 Law 675/96 hereunder:

10.2 13 - In relation to the Rights of the treatment of personal data the client is entitled to:

10.3 - Free access of the register data base for any personal data concerning him/her under Article 31, paragraph 1, letter a).

10.4 - To be informed according to Article 7, paragraph 4, letters a), b) h);

10.5- To obtain information from the owner or manager, without delay:

10.9- Updating, rectification or the integration of pertinent data;

10.10 - Confirmation that operations per 2) and 3) were notified as regards to their content, to those to whom the data was communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves means widely against the protected rights to oppose, in whole or in part, or for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes.

10.11- The opposition, in whole or in part of the processing of personal data concerning him/her, for the scope of commercial purposes; sending advertising materials; direct selling; carrying out market research; or interactive commercial communication; and he/she shall be informed by the owner, not later than the time in which the data was communicated or disclosed, with the possibility of freely exercising this right.

10.12 For each application referred to in paragraph 1, letter c), number 1), a fee not exceeding the costs actually incurred may be asked for with confirmation of the existing data concerning him/her, according to the manner within the limits established by regulations in Article 33, paragraph 3.

10.13 The rights referred to in paragraph 1 in relation to personal data concerning deceased persons may be exercised by anyone who is concerned.

10.14 Exercising the rights referred to in paragraph 1, the client may grant (in writing), delegate or proxy individuals or associations.

10.15 The regulations on professional secrecy of the journalistic profession remain in place as to the source of the news.
